We have an amazing variety of princesses and characters available to empress your guests with wonder and magic. Clementine has partnered with Hope Love Magic to bring to you the very best in princess and character parties.
The princesses available are;
Cinder, Beauty, Snow, Mermaid Princess, Tangled, Frozen Princess and her sister too, Hawaiian princess (limited availability), Arabian princess (limited availability), Spidey and Barbie.
Each character or princess come out fully dressed and happy to make each child feel magical.

Princesses in Training Party Package
This party package is great for the little crowd of littles. Your Princess or character will come out dressed to impress your crowd with a song, story, photo opportunities for each child, dancing and even will lead the "Happy Birthday" song to your guest of honor. Magical Princess party
This party package is great to entertain and enchant your large group of children. With this package you will not have to plan anything else as far as entertainment for your party. Your princess or character will come out to your for 2 hours, entertaining the children by singing, dancing, telling a story and getting a photo opportunity with each child, then to make it even more exciting and magical will sing happy birthday to your child.

Double The Magic Princess Party Package
This is a wonderful party package to multiply the magical expeirience. Not only will you have ONE princess, but you will have TWO who will come to your party and sing, dance, interact and allow for photos with each child, tell a story and in the end lead the Happy Birthday song to the guest of honor. Making this a "double the magic" party package

Special princess contract in addition to Clementine The Amazing Contract
To ensure that your event is a success, please look over the information below;
1) Additional Time: Client understands that a timely departure is necessary in order for the performer
to safely commute to her or his next event. If a Client wishes a performer to stay longer than the booked
time, the Client must discreetly pull performer away from the children and other guests and discuss the
matter at least 15 minutes before the end of the event. Staying additional time is at the discretion of the
performer.
2) Smoking: The costumes and property of Hope Love and Magic are very valuable
and will not be subject to smoke of any kind which can damage the costume.
3) Cancellations & Rescheduling: In the case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstance or illness,
Hope Love and Magic reserves the right to reschedule your party. If a Client chooses to cancel a party
due to weather or unforeseen circumstances or illness, the Client may reschedule the event for a date
up to a month from the original event date based on availability. Cancellations must be made 10 days
prior to the party date.
4) Changes to Party Start Time: Any changes to party start time are at the discretion of the booking
team and are based on availability. Any changes must be made no later than a week before the party
date.
5) Changes to Party Length: Any changes to party length must be made no later than 10 days before the
party and are at the discretion of the booking team.
6) Allergies: Client must inform Hope Love and Magic of any allergies to food or products such as nail
polish, latex, acrylics, temporary tattoos, or face paints prior to event or party. Client understands that
Hope Love and Magic is not responsible for any injuries or allergic reactions that occur at your event.
7) Pets: All pets must be contained away from the party area.
8) Damage: We understand that accidents happen, however, the client may be held responsible for
excessive damage sustained to costumes and property of Hope Love and Magic during Client’s event.
The cost to replace/repair damaged/broken costumes or materials will be billed to the Client.
9) Discipline and Non-Participation: The Performer is responsible for the flow of the event and
activities. The Client is responsible for monitoring disruptive behavior and attending to any child who
does not want to participate.
10) Adults at Event: We ask that the parent(s) or guardian(s) or the birthday child please stay for the
duration of the party to attend to the possible needs of the children. Adults are welcome to stay and
enjoy the performance, but we ask that onlookers keep the noise level to a minimum so the children do
not get distracted and can adequately hear instructions from the Performer.
11) Performer Preference: A Client’s performer request is based on availability of performer and is not
guaranteed.
12) Gratuity: The donation price does not include gratuity for the Performer. We recommend the
standard 15-20%.
13) Liability: The Client agrees to hold and keep harmless Hope Love and Magic and it’s Performers from
any and all property damages and/or bodily injury damage caused by the Client’s guests. Client agrees to
not hold Hope Love and Magic responsible for inclement weather or other acts of God that may cause
cancellation of the event. Hope Love and Magic is not liable for any damage or loss of property that may
occur during the character's performance. This signed contract is due prior to the date of the party.
14) Safety: Our performers are trained to keep the safety of your guests in mind at all times. If ever
there is a situation where the performer(s) feels unsafe, they will address with issue with the
parent/guardian. If the issue is not resolved, the performer will leave.
